Rory Strugalski, MD
Owner / Service Provider
Dr. Rory Strugalski, MD received his undergraduate education from The Ohio State University. He attended medical school at Ross University School of Medicine, completed his residency at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, then furthered his education in Aesthetic Medicine through American Academy of Facial Esthetics.
Dr. Strugalski is a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Doctor. He continues to practice Emergency Medicine as an attending as well as a Facility Medical Director at a local Mercy Hospital.
Dr. Strugalski practices Aesthetic Medicine at his MedSpa, Premier Esthetics, in Wauseon, Ohio, as well as Skin Health Spa in Maumee, Ohio. He continues to further his knowledge and skills through private trainings, conference, and conventions across the United States.
Kristen Strugalski, CST
Owner / Service Provider
Kristen received her Associates of Applied Science in Surgical Technology at Owens State Community College. After graduation, Kristen worked at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center where she specialized in Open-Heart & Vascular surgery. Kristen transitioned out of the hospital setting to a plastic surgery center where she discovered her love for Aesthetic Medicine.
Brianne Wymer, RN
Service Provider
Brianne received her education from Northwest State Community College. She has been practicing as a nurse for 20 years, specializing in Women’s Health & Labor and Delivery. Brianne ventured into Aesthetic Medicine after learning more about skin health. Her true passion is helping patients feel confident in their own skin all while connecting on a personal level.
Brett Teall, RN
Service Provider
Brett received his education at Mercy College. He has been practicing as a nurse since 2015, specializing in Emergency Medicine. Brett embraced travel nursing for 4 years and went on to work at FCHC in the Emergency Department. During his time as a travel nurse, he discovered Aesthetic Medicine. He went on to receive his training in Pennsylvania and continues to further his skills through private trainings.
Baylee Kern, RN
Receptionist, Service Provider
Baylee graduated from The Ohio State University with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2024. After graduation, Baylee has gone on to train in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Pediatrics, and Pain Management. In 2023, she worked at a medspa in Columbus, Ohio where she fell in love with aesthetic medicine.
Baylee has a passion for aesthetic medicine while focusing on skin health, self care, and helping patients feel confident in their own skin. As she trains to become an aesthetic injector, she will be serving on our team as a receptionist.
When Baylee is not working, you can find her spending time with her family, friends, and her dog. Her hobbies include cooking, baking, working out, and spending time at the lake.
